I can’t print from my phone or tablet in Brother printer.suggest me what should i do?

Hello, I am Amy and I want to share my problem related to Brother printer and I want from you to suggest some helpful solutions.Problem is that I can't print the pages from my phone in Brother printer.I looked from the internet for Brother support and I got the Brother Helpline Number, when I called on it, they said that to go for diagnosis and if your problem still occurs then go for Brother printer service center and my problem is still occurring and I don't want to go Brother customer care.Please, somebody, provide me Useful Solution.
